Discouragement

When things are going well, it is easy to maintain a positive attitude and a can do spirit. However, when reversals come our positive outlook may wither and be replaced with discouragement. The unfortunate thing is that it is very hard to help ourselves once we get caught in its grasp because we lose perspective. Where is hope to be found?
