A Prison of Our Own Making

Anger is our body's God given response to perceived threats. God placed it there to alert us to a potential problem and to give us the energy to deal with that problem. The problem is that we sometimes vent our anger on innocent bystanders, or internalize it so that it consumes our thoughts. When this happens, we are in a prison of our own making. There is a way to freedom.
