Cowboy Church County Singles Ministry

Phil. 2:1-4 If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, 2 then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. 3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. 4 Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.

The singles ministry exists to provide a safe sanctuary for adult Christian singles of the Western culture. In a nonjudgmental, nonthreatening, loving, and open environment, we seek to assist those living as single adults to find a place of hope, spirituality, and belonging.

Each week, we seek to deal authentically with the problems that confront us as single adults. We talk together, laugh together, and cry together while looking to God's word for guidance.

The typical age in our group ranges from the mid-30s to mid 60s.

Time and Place

The Cowboy Church singles ministry meets the first and third Thursdays of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the Worship Center. Child care is provided by request. (Call (469) 955-1553 and ask for Joey.)

The singles also meet together for lunch every Sunday after the 10:30 a.m. service. Just look for one of the men wearing a white cowboy church shirt with a blue logo and ask them to hook you up with Joey Truelove.
